Lodging Policies at Brookside Inn

We welcome ALL to experience the first class hospitality of Brookside Inn on Abbey Road. If you have any special lodging requirements or dietary needs, please let us know at the time of reservation, and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Please review the list of available rooms on our website and book online or call us for availability. If you would like further information about the Inn, you are welcome to call or send us an email.

A $50 deposit is due at time of reservation, with the balance due upon arrival.

Bookings of five or more rooms for one group of guests, requires a deposit of 10% to be charged at the time the reservation is made over the phone or at the time the online booking is received at the reservation desk.

Cash and most major credit cards are accepted. Checks are accepted 30 days prior to arrival/event.

We are a small family owned Inn and cancellations greatly affect our business. If you find it necessary to shorten or cancel your reservation, please contact us 30 days prior to your reservation. The non-refundable $50 deposit charged at the time of the reservation will serve as your cancellation fee. However, reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the value of the reservation. An unused reservation not cancelled or a shortened stay once you arrive will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reservation.

Check in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

We want to make your stay a memorable experience. If you require a different time for check in or check out please make us aware at the time of your reservation, and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Our facility includes a 5-acre pond and steep banks to the creek. For your safety and ours, our Inn is appropriate for children age 12 and older.

For the comfort of all of our guests, we are a non-smoking facility. This applies to all the buildings and the grounds. Any violation will result in the immediate departure of the violator and a cleaning fee to be determined depending on the extent of the violation.

Our facility has five pet friendly rooms that are subject to availability. We would also like to discuss your pets’ stay prior to your reservation. If we determine your pet is conducive to a stay at our Inn, an additional $40 per reservation non-refundable deposit is required. If we all feel your pet may not be comfortable at the Inn, we suggest you contact the Tail Wag Inn (503.554.9000), located in Dundee, to make arrangements for your pet.

We provide both event/wedding facilities and Bed and Breakfast accommodations; however, both will not be available at the same time to separate parties.
