Maison | McMinnville
This authentic French bistro restaurant in McMinnville's
historic downtown is the perfect place for a cozy
dining experience. The husband and wife owners
bring extensive culinary knowledge to the table
from all of the world. In the summertime, dine
outside on the tree-shaded patio.
Cuvee
| Carlton
Dine at Cuvee for an extraordinary experience
in intimate fine dining. This French restaurant
is the creation of Gilbert Henry, chef and owner
of the Portland institution, Winterborne Restaurant.
The
Horse Radish | Carlton
The Horse Radish offers local wines, artisan cheeses,
cured meats, pates, olives, mustards, jams, chocolates,
fresh bread and more…for there or to go.
They also offer live entertainment on Friday and
Saturday night.
Joel
Palmer House | Dayton
Cooking at the Palmer House revolves around wild
mushrooms which the owners gather themselves and
with friends. The Joel Palmer house strives to
obtain locally raised ingredients in their cooking,
and use organically produced greens, herbs, and
vegetables. Their dishes are created to match
perfectly with local wines. The house is ranked
on both the Oregon and National Historic Registers.
LaRambla
| McMinnville
La Rambla combines the best of Spanish cuisine
with Northwest inspired freshness and flavor.
They offer dozens of hot and cold ‘tapas’
and feature an extensive wine list from vineyards
throughout Oregon and Spain.
The
Painted Lady | Newberg
Located in a beautiful Victorian house, The Painted
Lady blends old school culinary technique with
innovative color and a contemporary flair. The
menu showcases the simplicity and quality of local
ingredients and changes with the seasons. The
Painted Lady’s monthly winemaker dinners
feature local wineries and the Chef's inspired
pairings.
Tina’s|
Dundee
The menu at this intimate restaurant is based
on the foods grown by local farmers, and therefore
changes according to the season.They believe in
using the highest quality and most healthful ingredients
available and to that end use organic, free range
and chemical free products. Their culinary approach
is European but they adopt styles from all over
the world.
Red Hills Provincial
Dining | Dundee
Set in a 1920s craftsman bungalow and featuring
an award-winning wine list, this restaurant sums
up the Oregon wine-country appeal with both its
setting and its food. The European-influenced
menu changes regularly, and includes a variety
of fresh local produce, as well as Northwest meats
