It’s all about the Food. Our objective is to provide you with not only a meal, but a positive culinary experience. The menu at the Inn is inspired and occasionally prepared by top Northwest chefs. It is designed to be a reflection of the bounty and diversity of ingredients found in the region. We search for and serve the freshest and tastiest ingredients available in the area, the region and the country.
As the breakfast chef, Bruce has received several accolades and has had his recipes published in several cookbooks including one coming out in October— Dishing Up Oregon
Here is a sampling of what you might expect on any given morning at the Inn:
Fresh ground organically produced coffee roasted by Fonté of Seattle, one of the premier roasters in Northwest, and teas from around the world.
Homemade oven-baked granola accompanied by Greek yogurt, and fresh fruit.
Warm from the Oven
Oven-fresh pastries that vary daily. It may be cranberry hazelnut scones or perhaps a coffee cake from an old family recipe.
Artisan cheeses and cured meats, both local and from around the world; served with spreads and chutneys with ingredients found locally.
Home Cooking to Satisfy
Frittata or Strata made up of the freshest ingredients from the garden, or meats from local farms; one of many variations on classic French toast, pancakes, eggs Benedict or a truly uncommon hash. Occasionally a favorite family pastry warm from the oven.
