welcome ALL to experience the first class hospitality
of Brookside Inn on Abbey Road. If you have any
special lodging requirements or dietary needs,
please let us know at the time of reservation,
and we will try to accommodate your needs.

you are welcome to call or send us an email.
RATES
A $50 deposit is due at time of reservation, with the balance due upon arrival.
PAYMENT
Cash and major credit cards (American Express,
Master Card, Visa, and Discover) are accepted.
Checks are accepted 30 days prior to arrival/event.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
If your reservation is cancelled more than 30 days from arrival date, there is a $50 service charge per room per night. The $50 is due at the time of the reservation. Fifty percent of the total reservation is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days out.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
We want to make your
stay a memorable experience. If you require a
different time for check in or check out please
make us aware at the time of your reservation,
and we will try to accommodate your needs.
CHILDREN
Our facility includes a 5-acre pond and steep
banks to the creek. For your safety and ours,
our Inn is appropriate for children age 12 and
older.
SMOKING
For
the comfort of all of our guests, we are a non-smoking
facility. This applies to all the buildings and
the grounds. Any violation will result in the
immediate departure of the violator and a cleaning
fee to be determined depending on the extent of
the violation.
PETS
We would like to be pet friendly; however
we must consider other guests. Our facility has
two pet friendly rooms that are subject to availability.
We would also like to discuss your pets’
stay prior to your reservation. If we determine
your pet is conducive to a stay at our Inn, an
additional $100 per night non-refundable deposit
is required. If we all feel your pet may not be
comfortable at the Inn, we suggest you contact
the Tail
Wag Inn (503.554.9000), located in Dundee,
to make arrangements for your pet.
We provide both event/wedding
facilities and Bed and Breakfast accommodations;
however, both will not be available at the same
time to separate parties.
We do reserve the right
to refuse service.
